Organising an event open to visitors? Any person or organisation can propose it. The team reviews it before it appears on the agenda.

Write for visitors: what it is, why it is worth going, whether booking is needed.
Optional: one line per moment, e.g. "10:00 Parade".

    Missing a tag? Suggest it: the team decides.
Optional: "from 21:30" has no end. A night out ends the next day.
Only the days count (the end, for a range of days): the hours are ignored.
On Google Maps, right-click the place (on a phone, touch and hold) and copy the two numbers it shows: the first into Latitude, the second into Longitude.
Optional: transport, parking, landmarks.
Public: phone, link or deadline to book.
Only the team sees the contact. It is used to confirm the event.
